Suburban delineations: Alternative ways to think about the suburban form

The suburb exists as a critical landscape in social science research but there remains little consensus in how this space is defined. This study introduces several ways of defining the suburban, with an analysis of how these spaces have changed in their spatial extent and demographic composition in recent years.
